Frequently Asked Questions

We are ready to take your orders today! Submit your order today either by email or by using our Contact Us form on this site. We will be in touch within 48 hours via phone or email to verify your order.

Proofs

After your payment has been submitted, you will receive a proof of your order through your email in approximately 2 to 3 days. The proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. Posh PaperGirls will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given by you.

PLEASE NOTE: Posh PaperGirls is not responsible for mistakes once the final proof is approved.

Payment

Posh PaperGirls accepts all major credit cards via PayPal and Google Checkout. Checks are accepted but orders will not be shipped until this form of payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping

Posh PaperGirls ships all orders by either UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders will ship out within 7-8 business days. UPS and FedEx ship only to a physical address, not to a Post Office Box. Posh PaperGirls only ships Monday-Friday. We do not ship on major holidays. We offer ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight (upon request).

Return Address Printing

All of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. If you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is .50 per envelope.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order once a proof has been sent, we will refund all but $15.00 of your total purchase. If you have selected to have this order rushed, we will not refund the 20.00 rush fee.
